Splitting from its ancestor, the striated gildron has spread throughout Mason Polar Sea and has become an abundant member of the phytoplankton niche. Floating along the currents, they reproduce quickly and possess a weaker shell than that of their ancestor. Blooms of these are common along the coasts. They are roughly the size of a pinhead.
